After being adopted by the French, and renamed Escubac, the drink eventually vanished into the ether. Or so we thought. Enter Daniel Fisher and Andrew MacLeod Smith. To start, Sweetdram macerate 14 botanicals, including caraway, cardamom, cubeb, lemon and
