The nose is fresh, with some fruity flavors (orange peel, dry apricot), acacia honey and fine spices (vanilla, mint). Superb. The Armagnac is mellow in the palate, with some complex flavours : undergrowth, ripe fruits, spices (licorice). Very long in the palate.
