Hand formed layers of polymer clay over a mold. Thin veneers are applied one by one, and delicate patterns are impressed into the clay, backfilled, and cured. The colorful surfaces are the actual color of the clay, applied and cured in up to 10 12 individual stages. This meticulous process results in a lightweight, hollow, statement brooch. Each piece
