50's Woven Purse by Encore churchill downs 70s black dress by Surge1950s vinyl woven purse by Encore. Made in Hong Kong. White pearlized lucite handles and clasp. Fabric lined with zipper pocket and envelope pocket. A good size purse, see measurements below. Condition: in overall good condition for its age, sturdy and usable .
